Homework
We see homework as a valuable way of establishing a successful learning dialogue between teachers and parents and contributing towards achieving our aims as set out in the School Vision.
Regular practice of basic English and Maths skills through Spelling, Reading and Times Tables has a positive impact on children’s development and achievement. Other work will enhance and consolidate learning that has taken place in class. While we set specific homework activities, we also encourage children to take part in a wide range of out-of-school clubs and organisations which contribute greatly to their creativity, growth and development.
